1. Role of Ophthalmic Assets

Ophthalmic Assets markets used ophthalmic equipment on behalf of independent suppliers and connects suppliers with prospective buyers worldwide. Ophthalmic Assets may assist with equipment inquiries, pricing, negotiation, payment coordination, packing, and international shipping. The exact services provided vary by transaction.

2. Listings and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, but details and availability may change without notice.

3. Condition, Inspection, and Warranty

Equipment condition varies by listing. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the condition, configuration, service history, testing status, software, accessories, and suitability of equipment before purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, currencies, bank fees, and other commercial terms are established for each transaction and are subject to equipment availability. Buyers must follow the payment instructions stated in the applicable quotation or seller invoice. Ophthalmic Assets may assist with payment coordination between the buyer and supplier.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Ophthalmic Assets may coordinate packing, pickup, freight, and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on the equipment, origin, destination, packing requirements, and carrier availability.
